Brad has been serving Jesus in vocational ministry since 1990—as a Youth Pastor, Lead Pastor, and Church Planter. He and the love of his life, Shauna, have been married since 1993 and live in Calgary, Alberta.

Randy and Donna founded STM in 1993 when Randy sensed the call to begin traveling full time as a youth speaker and youth ministry consultant. Donna joined STM in 2001. 

Both Randy and Donna are gifted communicators and love to empower others to love and follow Jesus. Randy is a sought-after camp and youth retreat speaker, and their marriage conferences and retreats have been life-changing experiences for many.
