Staff are salaried members of the STM team and serve at least 3/4 time.
Associates minister part time with the STM team.
Contractors serve on a casual basis with the STM team.

Brad Huebert
Executive Director of STM
Brad has been serving Jesus in vocational ministry since 1990 as a Youth Pastor, Lead Pastor, and Church Planter. He and the love of his life, Shauna, have been married since 1993 and are the proud parents of three adult children. They live in Calgary, Alberta.
Brad is a beloved speaker, author, and artist with a passion to help people grow a lifestyle of intimacy with God through Jesus Christ. His Deeply Devoted and Gospel Foundations workshops will be transformational for your church or Christian organization.
Randy and Donna Carter
STM Contractors
Randy and Donna founded STM in a step of faith when Randy sensed the call to move out of local church youth ministry to begin traveling full time as a youth speaker and youth ministry consultant. Donna joined STM in 2001. Randy stepped back from directing STM in 2025.
Both Randy and Donna are gifted communicators and love to empower others to trust and follow Jesus. Randy is a sought-after camp and youth retreat speaker, and their marriage conferences and retreats have been life-changing for many couples throughout the years.
