STM is a growing team of ministry specialists who provide life-changing workshops, resources, and support that many ministries find difficult to offer in-house.
We pursue four types of ministry partnerships:
Contractors
Becoming an STM Contractor is perfect if you’re just getting started or field-testing your ministry idea, your ministry requires casual hours, you don’t want to do it alone, and you’re hoping for some supplemental income along the way.
Associates
Becoming an STM Associate might be a great fit if your ministry currently requires serving 15-20 hours per week, you’re hoping God grows your ministry, and you want to offer charitable receipts to financial supporters.
Staff
The STM Staff team is open to Associates whose ministry trajectory is growing beyond 24 hours per week. STM Staff raise their own salary through a combination of monthly supporters, honorariums, and event/product sales.
Colleagues
We’d love to highlight your ministry on this website if you offer your gifts to serve the wider body of Christ (i.e. preachers, worship leaders, counsellors) even if you don’t serve under STM’s official umbrella.

Meet Brad Huebert, Executive Director of STM
Brad is a seasoned minister with 35 years of vocational ministry experience. He has served as a Youth pastor, Lead Pastor, and Church Planter. Brad is also the founder of Deeply Devoted ministries, the author of several life-changing books, and loves helping people discover their calling and live it out.
All our ministry partners are committed Christ followers with a proven track record.
